Welding out of position on structural and galvanneal metal Fabricating - reading / interpreting blueprints, layout of material per blueprint Assembly - standing up wall panels, installing roof support beams, installing insulation, wall skins, and roof panels Installing tech screws to connect wall, skin, and roof panels Caulking seams between panels Installing batt fiberglass insulation, fiberboard insulation Installing sheetrock Transferring buildings from inside the facility to the integration pad Other duties as assigned
YOU HAVE:
High School Diploma or GED Abilities to meet physical and environmental demands Standing /Walking for extended periods of time Lift up to 50lbs. Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment Wear the required PPE for the given position Must be trained in applicable SOPs and work instructions Skilled in utilizing cutting torches, brushes, pads, buffers, grinders, overhead cranes, and rubber hammers At least one year of welding experience Able to read tape measures and blueprints Ability to properly operate welding equipment

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour
