Be the Best Lifeline PERS Coordinator You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Post-Secondary education in a technical and or health related field, preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in a health care, senior care and or knowledge of home care or DME is helpful
  • Computer experience, MS Office, comfort with multiple applications required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

As a Lifeline Coordinator, you will:

  • Responsible for the day to day operations of the PERS program, including sales, service, problem solving, insurance verification, order management, return shipments, billing and Installer
    coordination.
  • Intake and order processes include, answering program questions, Installer coordination, follow upon service order completion, Data entry in EHR system and supporting software, trouble shooting equipment with customers, Inventory return and track down equipment.. Acts as a liaison betweensubscribers and contracted PERS Company.
  • Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served. Partners with patient care giver in care/decision
    making and communicates in a respectful manner. Ensures a safe and secure work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multifaceted service role using a continuous improvement approach to data collection or monitoring for follow up action. Ability to manage organization business change and transition.
  • This position works collaboratively either remotely or in office using virtual applications for solving problems as a team, the PERS role demonstrates sound business practices to control costs and meet organization and program goals.
