HealthPartners is hiring for a full-time Finance Intern for the summer of 2026.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

Current enrollment (or recent graduation) in a college or graduate degree program

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Verbal and/or written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask. Problem-solving skills and ability to work with confidential information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses

* Analyze healthcare cost trends, claims data, and operational expenses

* Support month-end and quarter-end close processes

* Help maintain financial models and spreadsheets

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, operations, and compliance

* Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement models

* Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership review

* Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned
