Real Property Specialist (Technical Support)

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Real Property Specialist (Technical Support) in Columbia, SC.

The Real Property Specialist shall provide technical and engineering support across planning, design, and execution phases of Army Reserve construction projects, and support shall include field data collection, technical drafting, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering services.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience
• Experience in technical engineering and architecture techniques, including the ability to create and review drawings and other renderings
• Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office programs

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:

• Current favorable, or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance, in accordance with AR 38067
• Valid Driver's License

*Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
