Overview

This position reports to the Program Oversight Supervisor within the Digital Enterprise (DE) directorate, D405. The Digital Enterprise Program Representative will act in a supporting role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the DE organization. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for DE leadership, providing direct support across facilities coordination, digital asset management, resource coordination, and general administrative assistance. This role is well-suited for a motivated individual looking to develop their professional skills within a dynamic and growing program environment. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Primary Responsibilities:

    Coordinate seating assignments, workspace allocation, and office moves in support of directorate personnel and organizational changes
  • Manage and track digital assets, including computers, software licenses, and related equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained
  • Serve as a liaison between DE staff and IT or facilities teams to facilitate the timely resolution of equipment requests and workspace needs
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including coordinating system access, equipment setup, and workspace preparation for new and departing employees
  • Assist DE leadership with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling support, tracking action items, and coordinating directorate activities
  • Maintain organized records related to facilities, asset inventory, and resource coordination
  • Respond to requests from leadership and team members in a timely and professional manner
  • D405 Safety Lead coordinator

A positive, service-minded attitude and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.



Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of Budget and Schedule Analysis experience
  • 1+ years Project Management experience, including the ability to support task tracking, milestone monitoring and coordination of deliverables across team members
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

Preferred:

  • Experience in facilities management or asset management role, including tracking and maintaining physical or digital inventories
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Aid or PC Technical Aid at Electric Boat or within a comparable defense/manufacturing environment
  • Artemis Experience
  • EVMS Analysis Experience
  • Resource Planning/Manning Experience
  • Familiarity with IT asset management processes, equipment procurement, or help desk support functions
  • Experience coordinating workspace or seating logistics in a professional office setting
  • Exposure to defense industry operations or familiarity with Electric Boat's organizational structure
