THE OPPORTUNITY

The Telecommunications Services Management Analyst supports the administration, tracking, and optimization of telecommunications services across enterprise environments. This role focuses on inventory management, service order accuracy, billing validation, and financial analysis to ensure alignment with contractual requirements. The analyst works closely with vendors and government stakeholders to maintain service integrity, cost accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Preferred location: Maryland, DC or Virginia

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT



  • Maintain and manage telecommunications inventories, including tracking assets, services, and configurations
  • Support service order processing, including reviewing and validating Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects (MACDs) for accuracy
  • Validate pricing and details within service order forms (SOFs), vendor quotes, and billing artifacts to ensure contract compliance
  • Perform billing validation and invoice reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate charges
  • Analyze telecom usage data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to monitor telecom inventory, usage, and performance
  • Support migration tracking activities across telecommunications contracts and services
  • Collaborate with vendors and government stakeholders to resolve service, billing, and performance issues
  • Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and alignment with contractual and financial requirements

Compensation and Benefit Information:

The salary range for this position is $110,000-130,000. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position and is not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, contract requirements, and business needs.
