Responsibilities

The VA CHDS Business Alliance Team is seeking team players who can respond to a high volume of mid- to moderately technical inquiries from VA users enterprise-wide. The role we are filling is Enterprise Cloud Fax (ECFax) Systems Analyst - experienced with the use of multiple tools to determine the best approach for technical support, operations, management, training, and maintenance. The Senior Systems Analyst should be able to assure the usage and implementation of our digital faxing service while communicating best practices.

  • Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Enterprise Cloud Fax (ECFax) users across the VA enterprise.
  • Support and administer SharePoint Online applications, permissions, document libraries, lists, workflows, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving file storage, access permissions, electronic faxing, SaaS connectivity, and user provisioning.
  • Analyze recurring incidents and convert solutions into knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training guides.
  • Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational monitoring.
  • Support Configuration Management practices, change control, and system documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve escalations.
  • Use ServiceNow (or similar platform) to track incidents, requests, trends, and SLA performance.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, quick-reference guides, and best-practice communications.
  • Support low-code / web-based troubleshooting related to SharePoint forms, workflows, and front-end issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation or workflow efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, SharePoint administration, or enterprise SaaS support.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a high-volume customer environment.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and operational governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across application, access, integration, and user support issues.
  • Experience writing clear technical documentation and user-facing support content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting cloud faxing platforms or digital document workflows.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with SaaS integrations and API-based workflows.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar web technologies for low-level troubleshooting.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in federal or healthcare enterprise environments.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SharePoint dashboards.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Location:

  • Remote, USA.
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $63,500.
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
