Product Manager-2

Successful candidates must demonstrate thought leadership and orchestrate development of solutions that meet market needs for Aerospace vertical. Must be a cross-regional, cross-functional orchestrator to deliver outcomes using current ops assets and to innovate what's next. Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes.

• Expertise and experience in Defense industry and 3PL freight forwarding in addition to developing and managing large scale global projects and programs

• Successful candidates must demonstrate thought leadership and orchestrate development of solutions that meet market needs for Aerospace vertical.

• Must be a cross-regional, cross-functional orchestrator to deliver outcomes using current ops assets and to innovate what's next.

• Evaluates market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.

• Works with advanced data models and analytics.

• Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development.

• Executes new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multi-functional team.

• Coaches others in less senior positions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Strong executive presence and human relations skills.

Strong project management experience.

Pay: Memphis range: $6,511.62/mo - $10,744.16/mo; Miami range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo; Pittsburgh range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo; Plano range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Miami, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
