To be considered for a Senior Maintenance Technician role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Associates degree in technical field or equivalent. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

• At least 5 years related experience in maintenance technician role in an industrial setting or equivalent.

• Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and comfortable working with and on ladders.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Maintains equipment and performs preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.

• Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Installs and repairs of electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment.

• Understand and utilize machine control schematics including electrical, pneumatic, and chemical drawings.

• Understand print reading, dimensioning, and tolerancing

• Overhauls machines or equipment, replaces defective parts, and motors, and make adjustments as required.

• Cleans and lubricates machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings.

• Replaces or repairs machine components.

• Removes dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from machines.

• Paints machines or equipment to prevent corrosion.

• Connects wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replaces switches and fuses.

• Install plumbing for industrial systems.

• Cuts out and joins parts for worktables, benches, shelves, and other furnishings.

• Clears clogged drains and replaces plumbing fixtures.

• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.

• Operates all Industrial Maintenance vehicles such as forklift, man lift (boom, scissors) etc.

• Program or monitor PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)

• Other duties as assigned

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
