You Are:

You are a visionary engineering leader with a passion for transformative impact in the semiconductor industry. With a proven record in leading multidisciplinary projects, you deliver cutting-edge solutions at scale. Your expertise spans front-end design, EDA tools, RTL design, timing solutions, low-power flows, and constraints management. You have architected standardized EDA flow platforms, and are proficient in Verilog, System Verilog, CDC/RDC analysis, UPF flows, IPXACT, and power optimization techniques.

You have hands-on experience with interface IPs such as PCIe, Ethernet, UFS, and major memory interfaces. You translate complex technical requirements into actionable strategies anddeliver scalable solutions.Embracing challenges as opportunities, you thrive in dynamic environments.

WhatYou willBe Doing:

• Technical leader for the development of standardized front-end design methodologies and platforms to enhance productivity, PPA (Performance, Power, Area) and quality.
• Deploy and promote best practices in product teams, leveraging advanced tools, flows, and methodologies to optimize performance, power, area, and deliver robust solutions.
• Partner with diverse IP teams to provide technical vision and strategy for next generation EDA tool flows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams,fosteringinnovation, and technical excellence.
• Represent Synopsys as a technical ambassador in industry conferences, customer engagements, and forums.
• Mentor and coach engineering talent, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

WhatYou willNeed:

• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor IP development, system architecture, and EDA tools expertise.
• Deep proficiency with advanced design tools, flows, and methodologies, especially front-end RTL, design constraints, and low-power techniques.
• Success in architecting and deploying EDA platforms for large, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong understanding of IP protocol standards including PCIe, DDR, AMBA, Ethernet, and awareness of emerging semiconductor technologies.
