You are a strategic, customerfocused product leader with strong expertise in electronics and thermal engineering. You excel at bridging deep technical insight with customer engagement, translating complex thermal challenges into impactful product strategies. Comfortable working across engineering, sales, and leadership, you thrive in fastmoving, global environments and are passionate about solving thermal bottlenecks in advanced electronics.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Icepak for both Electrothermal and Systems Thermal applications.
• Partner directly with customers to understand thermal challenges in AI hardware and electronic systems.
• Collaborate with global crossfunctional teams to drive adoption, growth, and innovation.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product improvements.
• Present product value and technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Champion Icepak as a marketleading electronics thermal solution.

• Experience with thermal simulation and electronics-focused product management.

• Comfort leveraging AI and data-driven tools to support decision-making.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You'll join a global product management team spanning North America, Europe, and AsiaPac, working closely with engineering, sales, and leadership to advance Icepak and address the toughest thermal challenges in electronics design.
