Pay Rate: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

1st Shift:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's what it takes to make yours count.



  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environment (or equivalent education/experience)
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards preferred)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and database tools
  • Ability to analyze data and support problem-solving initiatives
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze incoming used inventory to determine repair needs and appropriate disposition
  • Coordinate and transport components between storage areas and various repair facilities
  • Monitor and manage material flow supporting onshore operations across the Americas region
  • Track assigned inventory items, commodities, and activities within the Materials Control function
  • Maintain and update inventory and purchasing data using ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or JDE)
  • Collaborate with Configuration Management to maintain accurate item attributes and records
  • Support engineering changes, including obsolescence management and excess material disposition
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend reduction or removal strategies
  • Generate and prepare KPI and performance reports to support operational improvements
  • Apply continuous improvement (CI) principles to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
  • Communicate effectively across departments including Manufacturing, Inventory, Production Control, and Technical teams
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
