Employment Type: Contract (11 months)

Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 /hr.
Schedule: 9/80 hrs/Week.

  • This person will contribute to the company's success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical/electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products.

  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions, maintaining a focus on quality.
  • Follows an engineering assembly process.
  • Uses hand tools such as long-nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels.
  • Uses Microsoft Office programs.
  • Maintains a neat and clean work area.
  • Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements.
  • Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production state-of-the-art environment.
  • Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks.
  • Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of experience in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Ability to adjust, fit, or align parts.
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and Bills of Material.
  • Electrical background at the component level.
  • Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through the client's E3 continuous improvement process.
  • J-STD-001, IPC-610.
  • Mechanical or electrical assembly experience, including soldering.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for work under a microscope.
  • Working knowledge of electronic Theory relating to RF transmission, receivers' circuits, analog and digital circuitry.
  • The ability to troubleshoot RF/Digital circuits to the component level.
  • Understanding and being able to perform calibration of RF circuits and equipment calibration procedures.
  • Test equipment signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and RF equipment.
  • Advanced ability to solve complex technical problems and analyze faulty circuits.
  • Able to work in a team-based environment and interact with support team members.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Able to transport up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to arrive on time.
  • Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
