As an Applied R&D Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our team's success, designing and implementing compilers that efficiently translate high-level C/C++ code. Your expertise will enhance compiler optimizations, collaborate with hardware teams, and provide support to software developers, driving innovation and performance improvements. Design and implement efficient compilers for C/C++ code translation. Optimize code generation processes to boost system performance. Debug and resolve complex compilation issues. Enhance compiler optimizations for speed and memory efficiency. Collaborate with hardware teams for new architecture support. Provide expert guidance to software developers on compiler challenges. Stay updated with the latest compiler theory and C/C++ advancements. Develop innovative algorithms to improve compiler performance. Effectively document and communicate compiler-related issues and solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in compiler development or a similar role. Deep knowledge of compiler theory and C/C++ programming. Proficiency in algorithm design and optimization techniques. Experience with GCC toolchains and a strong understanding of their capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
