You will play a pivotal role in guiding new partners, ensuring their successful integration and activation, and directly contributing to the expansion and success of a dynamic program.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team, focusing on onboarding and launching new partners into our strategic program. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of a seamless transition for our partners, providing crucial support, driving accountability, and ensuring they are fully equipped to thrive. Your impact will be immediate and significant, directly contributing to the growth and success of both our partners and our program.



  • TITLE: Launch Advisor
  • LOCATION: Remote, anywhere in the United States. Must be able to work during core hours from 10 AM - 2 PM PT (1 PM - 5 PM ET)
  • HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • DURATION: 6 months with the potential to extend or convert


**Responsibilities:**

* Interact with current and potential partners with the highest level of professionalism and skill.

* Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations, offering consultative recommendations to help partners achieve their professional goals.

* Manage partner touchpoints and timelines meticulously to ensure key milestones from initial engagement to enrollment are met.

* Close new partners by effectively prospecting, assessing needs, and presenting tailored solutions to real estate professionals.

* Serve as a subject matter expert on program processes and requirements, guiding partners through every step.

* Complete all necessary enrollment steps for new partners transitioning into the program.

* Onboard and provide initial training to new partners, coaching them on program requirements and ensuring their profile functionality is optimally set up.

* Provide timely follow-up to partner inquiries, ensuring their questions are addressed promptly and effectively.

* Collaborate proactively with cross-functional internal teams to seek answers and resolve partner challenges.

* Facilitate a smooth and successful transition of new partners to their dedicated advisors.

* Drive partner accountability and execution to ensure timely completion of all required steps.

* Apply strong influence to motivate partners and team leads to complete necessary work, including addressing common hurdles such as contracts and legal questions in collaboration with internal legal partners.

* Achieve partner activation targets by defined monthly deadlines, a primary key performance indicator for the role.

* Utilize various sales and operational tools to manage tasks and monitor progress, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Suite, Zoom, Smartsheet, and Calendly.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 3+ years of sales or partner-facing support experience, with a preference for selling, coaching, or consulting strategic partners in the real estate sector.

* 2-3 years of real estate experience.

* Experience in onboarding, training, or enrolling new customers.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* A focused, reliable, and responsible self-starter capable of managing your own book of business autonomously.

* High ethical values and integrity.

* Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.

* Proficiency with work management software like Smartsheet.

* Proficiency with key sales and operational tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Suite, Zoom, Smartsheet, and Calendly.

* Sales background with a strong understanding of influence, motivation, and persuasion techniques.

* Ability to articulate pipeline concepts.

* College Degree preferred.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* Program or project management experience.

* Experience with real estate sales organizations.

* Familiarity with brokerage operations and legal/compliance concepts.
