Description

Our VP of Human Resources for the Medical & Pharmaceutical Solutions Division (MPS) is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving global Human Resource strategies and programs. As a member of the division leadership team, you will engage with business leaders to help execute the division's vision and strategy. You will coach and develop a high performing HR team, with a strong focus on business partnership and creating long term value outcomes.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Enhance Company Culture - Leverage PBM in the design and implementation of HR programs and advocate for a stronger PBM culture throughout the division.
  • Lead/Mentor HR Team - Coach and develop a high performing HR team. Hold yourself and the team accountable while acknowledging strengths, opportunities, and contributions of others.
  • Build Vision/Strategy - Assess the current talent base and develop a strategic HR plan that will equip the division with the current and future talent needed to realize the business vision.
  • Lead Organizational Change - Constantly seek knowledge and opportunities to initiate and drive improvement. Lead organizational change in a respectfully and courageous manner. Demonstrate the company's focus on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion through genuine interactions and conversations.
  • Build Relationships - Strengthen confidence and trust across the organization. Challenge leadership's point of view and provide HR's prospective on business decisions. Network widely to maximize opportunities to share knowledge.
  • Leverage Analytics/Data - Utilize business analytics and key measures to help understand complex problems & opportunities, formulate solutions and guide business decisions.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience directly managing supervisors, staff, and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge senior leadership, while also having the flexibility to support enterprise, platform and operating decisions
  • A champion of change; Proven track record of initiating & sustaining positive company change
  • Excellent influencing and relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve results through direct ownership as well as through partnerships
  • A data-driven approach to strategy development and operational management

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Successful experience coaching and leading HR professionals across a global medical or pharmaceutical organization
  • Experience interacting with and/or leading professionals across a multi-cultural organization
  • Demonstrated project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
