Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate and timely follow-up. Assist with documentation and administrative procedures. Coordinate internal and external communication. Assist with preparing customer orders for shipment and coordinate shipping activities as required. Maintain and update departmental databases and files. Prepare routine correspondence and reports to support departmental operations. High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong computer skills with the ability to work across multiple systems and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working in a customer service, operations, or administrative support role preferred. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred. Experience with CAD systems; SolidWorks preferred.
