KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP Supply Chain - Production Planning in Advisory for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice including: proposing on services, project estimation, performing in a Supply Chain/Manufacturing solution architect role, leading pre-sales activities in support of SAP S/4HANA implementation opportunities, and developing/maintaining relationships with key SAP industry personnel

* Lead highly skilled client and KPMG SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing work teams through full project lifecycles, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions bridging planning, manufacturing execution, and inventory operations

* Participate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings, particularly focusing on the modernization of the supply chain through advanced scheduling and the adoption of AI components in manufacturing

* Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

* Minimum ten years of recent experience providing SAP advisory services, specifically focusing on Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Advanced Planning capabilities, to clients across multiple industries

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

* Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment; experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading complex design workshops with cross-functional supply chain stakeholders

* Deep expertise in SAP manufacturing and planning modules, specifically: Production Planning (SAP PP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (SAP PP/DS), various Inventory Management (IM) processes, and seamless integration architecture with Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and external/native Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

* Proven experience designing forward-looking supply chain processes that leverage emerging technologies, including integrating SAP Business AI components and predictive analytics to optimize production scheduling, capacity planning, and material staging

* Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex system architecture into clear business value for C-suite stakeholders

* Ability to travel as needed
