Job Description We are seeking an experienced IVA Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent virtual assistant solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role combines conversational AI expertise Key Responsibilities - Design and develop conversational AI solutions using enterprise platforms (Soundhound Amelia, Boost.ai, Cognigy, Dialogflow, or similar) Required Qualifications - Conversational AI Experience: Hands-on development experience with at least one enterprise conversational AI platform: Preferred Qualifications - Python development experience (scripting, API development, data processing) Technical Environment - Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
