POSITION TITLE: Client Services Coordinator

STATUS: Temporary Non-exempt, Full-time 40 hours. $22.50

The approximate start date is May 25th, 2026; this is subject to change.

This is a temporary position established to provide coverage during an employee's approved leave of absence. The assignment is anticipated to continue until the employee's return. Please be advised that the assignment duration may be subject to modification based on organizational needs.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:



  • Successfully obtained experience working with diverse population groups.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following fields: case management, financial assistance experience, eviction prevention, and programs.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:



  • Detail-oriented and attention to detail

  • Fluent in English and Spanish in verbal and written communication
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain pulse under pressure.

  • Maintain a valid WA state driver's license


SOFTWARE-RELATED SKILLS:



  • Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook Required
  • Microsoft Publisher is helpful
  • Working knowledge of integrated database applications and ability to use new software programs with basic training.


SCOPE OF POSITION:



  • Conduct initial assessments of individuals seeking program assistance
  • Assess and refer clients for Pathway of Hope and or case management program
  • Using program guidelines, completes intakes of clients based on eligibility
  • Provide financial assistance if available, and the client meets eligibility requirements for either rental and/or utility, and other misc. assistance.
  • Create and update client files as needed, and maintain files ensuring all necessary documentation is included
  • Enters client data and case notes into T.S.A programs such as Wellsky and Angel Tree within TSAMM
  • Generate reports as needed, including monthly reports and statistics, in a timely manner
  • Collects client demographic information needed for program reporting.
  • Assist with opening/closing gates and doors to ensure operations and safety. Proper intake of clients for the client choice pantry.
  • Help in the warehouse as needed to assist clients, instruct volunteers, stock shelves, and receive donations.
  • Assist as directed with seasonal social services, including but not limited to: social services summer camp signups and logistics, back to school programs, Angel tree, toy and joy, adopt and family, etc.
  • Drive to pick up items for the food bank and social services, including baby corner, in-kind donations, and other items as requested.
  • Attend community meetings and network with other community partners, upon approval from the supervisor and corps officers.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead
  • Ability to operate a telephone
  • Ability to operate a desktop or laptop computer
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)
  • Ability to access and produce information from a computer
  • Ability to understand written information.
