Shift: 5 am - 1:30 pm, Mon - Fri

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 1-3 years of experience in abrasive blasting processes in a manufacturing shop environment.
• Preferred - Knowledge and experience of powder coating and its applications.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge are required.
• Ability and desire to grow and be a team player within our organization.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to interpret the manufacturer's application specifications with little to no assistance. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Lifting: 0-20 lbs. unassisted, 50-100 lbs. assisted.
• Ability to legally work within the United States.
• Valid and current driver's license.
• Education Required - High School graduate or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operates abrasive blasting equipment for the removal of scale, flux, corrosion, dirt, and oils from parts
• Uses hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
• Use of forklifts for moving parts and loading/unloading delivery trucks
• Identifies and reports defective parts.
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
