The Performance Improvement Analyst supports improvement initiatives to sustainably improve the performance of departments and processes in the domains of people & collaboration, quality outcomes, service and access, patient satisfaction, resource management and growth. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required Minimum Experience/Knowledge: 0-2 years Minimum Experience (academic or through internships) in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management. Proficient PC skills. Working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, word processing and statistical software programs. Knowledge of business (operational, clinical and financial) statistics and data analyses techniques. Ability to manage and analyze data.
