DESCRIPTION:

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (TCE).

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):



  • Lead and direct Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment, to include ILS element planning to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards
  • Determine proper logistics support sequences and time phasing, and identify possible challenges and solutions arising from the area of operation and other factors (i.e., environmental, human systems integration)
  • Conduct the administrative and technical activities required to develop, review, update, and deliver logistics acquisition documentation (i.e., Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Fielding Plans, Technical Manuals, Facilities Impact Reports, Item Unique Identification Plans, Disposal Plans, SL-3s, I-Type documents) and coordinate, host, and participate in logistics events and activities (i.e., LOG Demos, Product Support Analyses, Independent Logistics Assessments, Audits, Test Events)
  • Possess active accounts for various logistics information systems (i.e., Total Force Structure Management System, Total Life Cycle Cost Tool Operational Support Tool, Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps) and review information and recommend updates as required to ensure data fields are accurate
  • Coordinate, conduct, and document validation/verification events for all I-Type documents, Technical Manuals, and other logistics products
  • Provide in-depth review of Product Quality Deficiency Reports and make recommendations for corrective action
  • Identify, track, and report Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages issues to determine impacts to long-lead times, supply availability, and part obsolescence
  • Leverage knowledge of the twelve (12) integrated product support elements to inform program logistics assessments, supply chain management, sparing levels, and reorder points
  • Analyze supply and maintenance readiness data to identify readiness issues; recommend corrective actions and readiness improvements; and develop program readiness assessments
  • Review and monitor the program Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), and deliver comprehensive FRACAS reports as required



KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:



  • Senior level knowledge of acquisition logistics and associated Product Support elements.
  • Demonstrates managerial and supervisory skills.
  • Have familiarization with and access to the following applicable federal logistics websites and tools to include, but not limited to:

    • Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC).
    • Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS).
    • Total Life-cycle Management Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST).
    • Technical Data Management-Publications (TDM-PUBS)
    • Web Federal Logistics Information System (Web-FLIS).
    • DLA Federal Logistics (FedLog).
    • USMC Logway (LogTool).
    • Enterprise Task Knowledge Management Software Software II (ETMS2).
    • MARCORSYSCOM Vital Information Portal for Enterprise Resources (VIPER).

  • Have familiarization with Government property accountability policy/procedures and FIAR methodology.
  • Familiarization with Government property accountability policy/procedures and FIAR methodology
  • Familiarization in the following areas is a plus:

    • An understanding of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and demonstrated ability to provide training support, including New Equipment Training and computer-based training, and all associated documentation.
    • Knowledge of Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
    • Warranty coordination.
    • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment.
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.





EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's degree with seven to nine years of related experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics support, to include: logistics management, principles, practices, and processes.
