Call Center Representative - Mortgage Services Englewood, CO 80112 \| Fully Onsite We're hiring an experienced Call Center Representative to support a premier national mortgage lender at their Englewood, CO location. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced call center environment. What You'll Do * Handle inbound calls from residential homeowners with mortgagerelated questions, resolving concerns on the first call whenever possible. * Support customers with topics such as payments, address changes, online account access, escrow inquiries, and mortgagespecific items including PMI removal. * Conduct outbound outreach to customers to provide payment assistance, answer questions, and help bring accounts up to date. * Provide professional, serviceoriented support while confidently discussing payment arrangements when needed. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * 1+ year of call center/contact center experience. * Strong job stability preferred for this longterm role. * Comfortable multitasking on a computer while on calls (dual monitors, MS Office). * Customerfocused communicator who is confident discussing payments in a serviceoriented manner. * Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
