Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Director, Enterprise PMO! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.

The Director, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's enterprise portfolio of initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing and maturing project, program, and portfolio management capabilities that drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and value realization. The EPMO Director partners closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and cross enterprise stakeholders to prioritize investments, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure major initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational strategy.

A Day in the Life...

  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise portfolio management process, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into a prioritized, actionable portfolio roadmap.
  • Facilitate governance forums (e.g., portfolio reviews, steering committees) to support decision-making, trade-offs, and resource allocation.
  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve the Enterprise PMO operating model, standards, and governance framework.
  • Define and enforce consistent project, program, and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure scalable, fit-for-purpose delivery approaches (e.g., waterfall, agile, hybrid) across the enterprise.
  • Oversee demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and dependency management.
  • Provide leadership oversight for complex, high-risk, and high-visibility enterprise programs.
  • Ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management across the portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for executive sponsors and program leaders.
  • Ensure accurate, transparent reporting on portfolio performance, health, and outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of project managers and PMO professionals.
  • Establish career paths, capability development, and coaching for PMO talent.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning.
  • Drive maturity in change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery discipline.
  • Build strong partnerships with functional, technology, and operational leaders across the organization.
  • Influence to drive alignment and adoption of enterprise standards.
  • Champion effective change management and communication practices to support successful adoption of initiatives

Annual Salary:

$160,800 - $232,760

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
