Innovation Manager - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Innovation Manager for an onsite, contract-to-hire position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of innovation projects to meet organizational needs and capitalize on new product opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in process engineering, human-centered design, and systems thinking to reimagine workflows that drive efficiency, scalability, and exceptional user experiences within a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage innovation activities to meet organizational needs and capitalize on potential new product opportunities
• Develop, manage, and implement a portfolio of innovation projects
• Advise internal clients to understand the results and implications of innovation initiatives
• Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and optimization
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business units and technology teams to drive end-to-end process transformation
• Develop scalable frameworks and repeatable methodologies for process reimagination
• Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and iterate on solutions to ensure sustained value

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or transformation roles
• Proven expertise in human-centered design or design thinking methodologies
• Experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
• Experience with Process Engineering and Modeling
• Lean Six Sigma experience (Yellow or Green belt preferred)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience building technology requirements
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy)

Pay range: $36.55 - $44.55 per hour
