General Information: The Senior Educational Technology Engineer position will design, manage, and integrate educational and presentation technologies for the JMU campus. Duties and Responsibilities: Design, install, configure and commission audio-visual, computer, and multi-media technology systems creating custom audio/visual systems that provide up-to-date teaching and learning spaces to meet JMU's instructional, research, and student experience needs. Communication with JMU facilities engineering and building contractors to ensure that classroom and multi-media technology needs in capital building/renovation projects are accounted for. Create and maintain technical documentation on classroom design.
