Overview
With professional polish and excellent multitasking capabilities, the Executive Assistant will directly support Executive leaders with a wide range of complex and confidential administrative support duties.
Responsibilities
- Provides high level administrative support and assistance to the President and/or other assigned senior leadership team members.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior leadership team.
- Specifically support any special projects and/or confidential work as requested.
- Closely coordinate the President's travel arrangements with travel agent, regularly verifying optimal cost management, including management and submission of all expense reporting.
- Schedules meetings on behalf of the senior leadership team. When in attendance, takes responsibility for capturing notes and/or key takeaways. Also responsible for consolidating and distribution meeting notes as needed.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the President, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Support planning and execution of corporate events, including offsite meetings.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and be trusted with sensitive information.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs at at time.
Travel: - Minimal, based on event needs. 5-10%.
