Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) the General Counsel serves as the chief legal advisor and corporate secretary to the organization. This role leads daytoday legal operations, manages contract strategy and execution, and partners closely with outside counsel on complex matters. This is a highimpact, handson leadership role for an attorney who thrives in dynamic environments and is energized by building and improving legal infrastructure. This role will serve as the company's most senior inhouse legal authority, empowered to make decisions, drive outcomes, and shape a modern, businessaligned legal function during a pivotal stage of growth.
