Description Texas Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is a trusted Central Texas commercial roofing contractor with 90 years of experience. We're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to run work, not just manage paperwork. We win the work. You take it from pre-construction and execute it in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role once projects are active. You'll manage multiple commercial roofing projects at once, with a focus on execution. Most heavy pre-con paperwork is handled before handoff. Your job is to run the work. Work daily with superintendents and foremen Order materials and manage logistics Protect gross margin and monitor budgets Capture and manage change orders Handle architects and roof consultants professionally Maintain clean, current job documentation Support quality control in the field Make the GC's job easier What Makes It Challenging: Multiple active projects Tight schedules Field coordination complexity Demanding consultants and architects Strong expectations around budget discipline We don't micromanage - but we do expect performance.
