Collection Operations Management Action Officer and Program Manager The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. This role provides direct support to our Air Force Command client that is a primary force provider of combat airpower for the U.S. Air Force, responsible for organizing, training, and equipping operational forces to conduct global air operations, including the planning, direction, and execution of intelligence collection activities and the employment of Air Force airborne, spacebased, and cyber ISR assets in support of various mission requirements. As a Collection Operations Management Action Officer and Program Manager, you will lead programmatic coordination, manage staff actions, and support planning, staffing, scoping, and prioritization activities on behalf of the Air Force. This role integrates subjectmatter expertise in Collections Operations Management (COM), DCGS, and Air Operations Center (AOC) operations with program management to support decisionmaking and operational coherence for senior intelligence stakeholders. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
