Position Summary:
We areseekinga dedicated anddetail-orientedSenior SalesAnalyst to join our dynamic Customer Team at Bimbo BakeriesUSA, Inc. (BBUSA). The primary responsibility of this position is toassistin the development of insightful reportingto translate into business storiesthat willenhanceBBUSA'sposition asathought leader in the baking industry.
EssentialJob Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks between APIand other external data sources, as well as internal data sources.
  • Design and construct interactive Power BI dashboards that provide an insightful anddynamic view of customerperformance andconsumer behaviordata.
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, particularlyregardingdata management, analytics,syndicated data, andretail partnerships
  • Work closely withBusiness Technologyand customer teams tooptimizedata flow and system connectivity.

Education and Work History:
Bachelor's degreein Sales, Marketing orBusiness-relatedfield preferred.A combination of education,trainingand experience that results indemonstratedcompetency to perform the work may be substituted.
The ideal candidate willpossess:
  • Minimum of3years inSalesManagement, marketing or selling experience.
  • Power BI Pro certified or1-yearminimum experience developing dashboards
  • Knowledge ofconsumer basedsyndicateddata(Circana)and the ability to analyze data.
  • Stronginteractive and communicationskills.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and other relational database management tools
  • Skills related to Python or other RPA skills like power automate
  • Computer skills andproficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word,arerequiredandproficiencywith Margin Minder.
  • Power BI Pro certified (if applicant is internal)(40 hours of training)
