We are seeking experienced healthcare leaders with long-term care experience who are interested in travel, interim leadership and consulting opportunities. As a Consultant with Pathway Health, you will provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services organizations, helping facilities strengthen operations, support staff, and improve quality outcomes.

Your Impact as a Consultant


  • Assess, plan, develop, and implement operational systems and processes for client organizations
  • Provide leadership support and operational guidance to facility teams
  • Identify training needs and conduct staff education or leadership development as necessary
  • Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices
  • Support organizations during leadership transitions, operational improvement initiatives, or regulatory preparation
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards


What We're Looking For


  • Licensed healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
  • Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, or senior services leadership
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, survey process, and operational leadership preferred
