The Coordinator,Global Strategy plays a critical role in driving international alignment, operational excellence, and go-to-market success. Partnering with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, this role supports growth across products, licenses, brand and marketing initiatives, channels, and consumers worldwide. The Coordinator champions New Era globally by helping execute strategies aligned with regional and enterprise financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for global product and marketing initiatives within the Global Strategy department
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams, driving connectivity, awareness, and alignment around brand initiatives, new opportunities, and best practices across markets
- Promote and lead daily communication with key functional groups at HQ and across international regions to gather relevant information and effectively distribute insights to global stakeholders
- Draft internal-facing product and marketing launch communications (e.g., blogs, launch briefs) in close coordination with regional teams
- Manage the end-to-end rollout of regional and global collaborations, from development through consumer launch
- Support communications for marketing campaigns, creative assets, and collateral tied to North America led product lines as well as regionally developed collections launching globally
- Provide critical support to international markets by partnering with internal functional teams to troubleshoot challenges, prioritize initiatives, and leverage cross-regional strengths
- Ensure global brand and marketing assets are organized, maintained, and accessible within centralized shared platforms
- Consolidate and distribute regional and global brand data to enable best practice sharing and inform future growth strategies
- Manage the global database of licenses, partnerships, and collaborations, including summaries of key terms, rights, and commitments; proactively communicate critical action dates such as renewals, expirations, and sell-off periods
- Support the implementation and execution of new processes that enhance cross-functional and cross-regional connectivity
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new international team members, including coordination and support for on-site training at HQ
- Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all sensitive and proprietary information
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong passion for international business development and global collaboration
- Highly collaborative mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners across domestic and cross-cultural environments, with flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capability with the ability to understand the broader business context and long-term objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Foundational knowledge of general business principles, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- SAP or Sage Fixed Assets experience a plus but not required
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in International Businesses or related field preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years years of related work experience preferred

The salary range for this posted position is $50,500 - $56,500 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
