Pay Range: $95,000 - $135,000

Job Summary:The Global Product Development (GPD) Manager supports the Global Product Development organizational functions by applying principles of finance to analyze information and businesses processes by performing the duties below. This function requires well developed skills in business analysis, process improvement, and research. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change; work effectively within cross-functional teams; be highly resourceful; able to deliver strong results; have a passion for operational excellence and possess a strong set of communication and analytical skills.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Lead the GPD Finance Team that represents the finance organization on cross-functional Global Product Development projects
  • Develop business case models to analyze new product investment decisions, drive decision-making within the project core teams, and inform the executive approval team
  • Drive cross functional alignment on key financial inputs used in the business case
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to better understand risks and opportunities for key inputs
  • Keep financial leadership informed of key risks and opportunities for all projects and escalate as necessary
  • Support our internal FP&A, Sales Finance, and Ops Finance teams by communicating critical information on product launches to ensure alignment
  • Partner with the Strategic Cost team to understand commercial impacts of potential cost saving projects
  • Create and provide ad hoc reporting for cross-functional groups and varying organizational levels to evaluate business trends and opportunities
  • Seek ways to improve standard reporting as requested or required with a view toward driving action
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • 4-year degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of strong related experience is required
  • Be proficient in systems to achieve necessary results (Hyperion, Excel, Oracle, Microsoft Office)
  • Travel estimates up to 10%
