Pricing Product Manager

The Pricing Product team drives the strategy and optimization of pricing capabilities, including deal management, pricing governance and client-facing pricing sheets. This role is responsible for managing and evolving scalable, well-governed end-to-end pricing capabilities, delivering meaningful impact for clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include enabling new commercial pricing strategies and ensuring robust controls and governance.

Candidates must have experience in the financial services or banking industry. Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, channels, or payments is highly preferred. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to deliver client-centric capabilities that meet commercial and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:



  • Define and execute a product roadmap for scalable, automated pricing capabilities, including client-facing commercial features.
  • Assess client needs, market trends, and competitive disruptions to identify opportunities and shape the pricing product strategy.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies to establish team cadence, promote transparency, and drive iterative delivery.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for key offerings (business case, requirements, testing, go-to-market, commercialization, and ongoing lifecycle management).
  • Define, track, and report product performance metrics (KPIs) and adoption to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the roadmap.
  • Enable Sales, Implementation, and Service teams by communicating product capabilities and supporting go-to-market execution.
  • Identify and manage product, operational, and technology risks in partnership with second and third lines of defense.
  • Build strong relationships across business, product, and technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in pricing, commercial governance, or product management within transaction banking, cash/treasury management, or payments.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy and analysis into product requirements and deliverable features.
  • Working knowledge of transaction banking concepts such as pricing and billing, transaction monitoring, payment rails, and digital/API channels.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, prioritizing in ambiguity while driving detailed, iterative execution toward a long-term vision.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to navigate complexity and influence across teams.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to meet regulatory requirements for pricing, client communications, and product controls.
  • Strong risk mindset and understanding of building products in a regulated environment.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and supporting growth across teams and product scope.

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, pricing, or related roles (e.g., corporate payments, treasury management, operations, or software delivery) within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics or Engineering
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience in a banking or financial services organization.
  • Experience translating client and business needs into product strategy, requirements, and delivered capabilities.
