About the Team The Self-Serve Business Growth team is responsible for growing OpenAI's self-serve business products, with a focus on helping teams discover, adopt, and expand their usage of products like Codex and the OpenAI API. We work across the full customer journey, including acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion. Our goal is to help teams building with OpenAI get to value faster and grow their usage over time through intuitive, scalable, product-led experiences. About the Role We're looking for a senior product leader to lead self-serve business growth. In this role, you'll define the product strategy for how businesses and teams discover, adopt, retain, and expand through our self-serve experiences. You'll identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities, partner with product teams to turn them into roadmap priorities, and build the mechanisms that help customers move seamlessly from initial usage to broader team adoption. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven PM with deep experience in product-led growth, B2B products, and cross-functional influence.
