Overview Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Management Analyst. The Management Analyst supports the Executive Office in leading and coordinating a range of administrative projects and operational tasks that contribute to the Bureau's overall efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves planning, organizing, and tracking project activities under the guidance of the EX Director, while collaborating with stakeholders across the Bureau to meet goals and deliverables. The analyst also provides support in areas such as policy documentation, internal communications, staffing coordination, and event logistics. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential to the successful execution of these responsibilities. Plan and manage assigned projects with the EX Director's review, guidance, and approval.
Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing complex, deadline-driven assignments while maintaining high standards for quality and detail. They possess strong drafting and document review skills and can effectively engage with leadership and stakeholders to support program objectives. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to dynamic environments. Strong organizational, communication, and consensus-building skills are essential to ensure the successful execution of administrative and programmatic tasks. Education and Experience:

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
