Job Description

Tower Semiconductor is searching for a Photo Process Engineer to support sustaining, continuous improvement, new tool installation, and process transfer and development work in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing fab. A qualified candidate will be self-motivated, have strong technical and analytical skills, and possess a practical, hands-on approach to engineering problems. The desired candidate will be able to partner with cross-functional teams to provide goal-oriented, efficient and effective solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant field preferred
  • Highly desirable coursework includes semiconductor processing technology, device physics, and statistics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of photolithography principles, theories, concepts, tools, and techniques
  • 2+ years of photo process engineering experience preferred
  • Expertise in ASML or Canon KrF/ArF scanners preferred
  • Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of overlay and CDSEM metrology
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Knowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferred
  • Experience with FMEAs, and 8D problem-solving processes preferred
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Candidate must be able to communicate with audiences at any technical level
  • Must be a self-starter, dependable, and highly motivated

Compensation: Level 2 -3 $100,000 - $112,000
