ABOUT THIS ROLE The Business Development Associate supports St. Michael's growth objectives by identifying, tracking, and contributing to new business opportunities across federal government markets. This role assists in the development of proposals, market research, and capture activities while ensuring alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals. Responsibilities include analyzing solicitation documents, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting various elements of the business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through submission. Reporting to the Senior Capture and Proposal Manager, this position plays a key role in maintaining opportunity pipelines, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is mission-focused, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Our core value of Teamwork will be paramount to this role as you will both lead and work as a contributing BD member providing support across multiple opportunities in our pipeline.
