Summary:

The main function of a marketing manager is to leadtheresearchofmarket conditionsinlocal, regional, or nationalareasto determine potential sales of a product or service.A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering informationoncompetitors andmethods ofmarketing and distribution.

Responsibilities:

* Support the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including brand, digital, social, integrated, and partner marketing.

* Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals between internal teams and external content partners.

* Help manage content requests from STVP to all content partners, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

* Monitor campaign performance, develop go-to-market decks, and support in analyzing KPIs to track results.

* Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform campaign planning.

* Collaborate with brand, content, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing activities.

* Support the coordination of events, promotions, and local brand activations as needed.

* Contribute to the organization and maintenance of marketing assets and documentation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree

* Level of experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field.

* Experience using AI in marketing.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Eagerness to learn about marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand communication.

* Detail-oriented.

* Adaptable to different systems (G Drive, SharePoint, Airtable).

* Motivated, self-starter whois able tocomplete tasks on tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.

* Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

* Strong knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

* Strong ability to develop marketing and pricing strategies.

* Strong knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
