Description The Yard Driveris responsible for performing several critical roles and responsibilities in the LPI Yard and within the LPI Warehouse. This position is responsible for safely, efficiently, and continuously moving tractor trailers in the LPI Yard. This position will support receiving OCC, shipping finished goods and managing a trailer pool effectively to meet business and customer needs. This position will also support other Warehouse Team functions as needed, including, but not limited to housekeeping, scale operator, unloading and loading trucks and railcars. The LPI Yard Driver is responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently receiving quality raw material (OCC), shipping finished paper rolls, and managing raw materials to support two business units within the warehouse- Liberty Paper and DreamWorks Coating Solutions. Proficiency of the Yard Driver Utility, Receiving and Shipping Skills is earned through academic training, testing, and on-the-job training hours, including skill demonstration. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting pay rate for this position is $26.75 per hour plus hourly shift differential pay. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
