As a Security Officer Full Time Security Patrol in Dorchester, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. At a busy financial institution location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support staff and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting conditions, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, while offering courteous assistance to staff, visitors, and/or vendors.
• Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and assisting with incident reporting and response needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
