Job Description




As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and support rapid response to security-related needs. In this role, you will help maintain smooth operations through strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork, while reflecting our values of being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity in a people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, communicating directions, and supporting security-related operations at an industrial location.
  • Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents or requests.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying accurate information to site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to support follow-up, trend tracking, and clear communication between teams.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity, equipment issues, and/or access concerns within a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
