As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Visalia, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as an Access Control Officer, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, respond to alarms, and support a professional, welcoming experience. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or delivery drivers by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, document visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter locations while observing for security-related concerns.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including directing foot and vehicle traffic, assisting with access restrictions, and completing required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
