The Role The Director of Diagnostic Imaging Services provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of highquality patient care. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and managing patient care delivery within Diagnostic Imaging Services, with oversight of 3 ministries (hospitals) and outpatient clinics in Sonoma County. The Director holds accountability for leadership, staffing, planning, departmental organization, budget preparation, and overall fiscal management. As a visible leader, the Director rolemodels proactive and collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions, supporting an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. This position leads the development of programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient needs are met while advancing quality, safety, and operational effectiveness within Diagnostic Imaging Services. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
