Job Title: Repair Technician (Junior)
Location: Jacksonville
Department: Sales Services / Post-Sales
Reports To: Director of Operations

Job Summary
The Repair Technician performs maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and Inspect devices according to company procedures.

• Perform software loading of devices.

• Record and document all service actions and findings.

• Escalate complex issues to the Lead Repair Technician or appropriate support team.

• Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and team knowledge sharing.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel, Teams and Outlook required.

• Familiarity with electronics repair is preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Ability to accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.

• Possess excellent communicational skills, verbal, written, and listening.
