  • Conduct routine and detailed inventories and audits of tools and equipment across multiple DZMC sites under guidance to ensure accountability and asset availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate dispatch of delivery vehicles, ensuring punctual and secure transportation of materials and equipment to power plants and industrial client facilities.
  • Engage in maintenance of warehouse equipment and assist with upkeep of office and tool areas to sustain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Proactively resolve logistical challenges, collaborating with site teams and external suppliers to maintain service excellence and operational continuity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending effective solutions within warehousing and distribution functions.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite-Word for report preparation, Excel for data analysis and inventory tracking, and Outlook for professional communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail to safeguard accuracy in all inventory and documentation tasks.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical readiness and stamina to safely lift and move loads up to 50 pounds, with demonstrated competence operating warehouse machinery such as forklifts and Bobcats.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and industrial tools, assuring correct handling, maintenance, and storage procedures to prolong asset lifecycle and maintain safety standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective collaboration across supervisors, delivery teams, and warehouse staff.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to diagnose and preempt logistical complications, proposing practical and innovative improvements to existing workflows.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment, open to cross-training and learning new competencies as required to support evolving operational demands.
And if you have these qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate as a foundational educational qualification.
  • At least two years' proven experience in warehouse operations or a comparable logistics or material handling role, CDL Class B required.
  • A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude, committed to fostering teamwork and contributing constructively within a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
  • Successful clearance of background checks and drug screening processes to maintain compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety standards.
  • Demonstrated adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, with a track record of operating with due caution and responsibility in all tasks.
