CREDIT RATINGS, CMBS - SENIOR ANALYST About the Role DBRS Morningstar CMBS Ratings team is seeking a junior analyst to support the analytical team in the credit risk assessment of commercial real estate loans and securitized products. In this position, the successful applicant will assist with various aspects of the ratings process, including reviewing third party data, conducting property and loan analysis, writing Asset Summary Reports, and supporting research and database projects. Job Responsibilities * Prepare underwriting templates for credit analysis of commercial real estate assets. Qualifications * A bachelor's degree is required, a major in finance or related field is preferred. Morningstar is an equal opportunity employer. Total Cash Compensation Range $92,000.00 - 127,725.00 USD AnnualInclusive of annual base salary and target incentive If you receive and accept an offer from us, we require that personal and any related investments be disclosed confidentiality to our Compliance team (days vary by region). If this applies and your account(s) are not with an approved broker, you will be required to move your holdings to an approved broker.
