What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an energetic and servicefocused Food Runner/Busperson to support an exceptional poolside dining experience. In this role, you will deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while serving as a vital link between the kitchen, bar, and service teams. This position is ideal for a teamoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is committed to supporting Loews Hotels' high standards of hospitality and service excellence.

What You'll Do:

Food & Beverage Delivery

  • Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.

  • Verify food presentation and ensure all items meet quality standards prior to delivery.

  • Ensure guests receive correct orders, coordinating closely with servers and bartenders.

Service Support & Coordination

  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and seamless food delivery.

  • Reset tables and seating areas promptly to prepare for incoming guests.

  • Assist with restocking and organizing service items, including plates, utensils, and condiments.

Cleanliness & Operational Support

  • Clean and maintain fooddelivery trays and serving equipment throughout the shift.

  • Support opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning, trash removal, and resetting service areas.

Other Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.

  • Attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Ability to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

  • Ability to perform duties outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as required
